| Das ganzheitliche Denken Sebastian Kneipps (1821-1897) gilt noch heute als wegweisend für naturheilkundliche Heilmethoden und eine zeitgemäße Präventivmedizin. Im Laufe seines Lebens hat Kneipp das Wissen über die heilende Wirkung von Wasser und Heilpflanzen mit seinen eigenen Erkenntnissen zu einer systematischen Lehre ausgebaut. Der Pfarrer und Naturheilkundler schuf so ein visionäres Lebenskonzept, das den Menschen, seine Lebensgewohnheiten und seine natürliche Umwelt untrennbar als ausgewogene Einheit betrachtet.
